HOLYOKE, Mass. – NXT Nutritionals Holdings, Inc., (OTCBB: NXTH), developer and marketer of SUSTA™ Natural Sweetener, the great tasting, all-natural, healthier sweetener, announced today that the Company has completed a final closing of the private placement offering (the “Offering”) in the amount of approximately $3.3 million. A total of $5.66 million in gross proceeds were raised in connection with the Offering in which the proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes and to fund further development and marketing of its SUSTA™ products.

Garden State Securities, Inc., member FINRA, acted as exclusive placement agent in connection with the Offering.
